Shanghai International Automobile Industry Exhibition (Auto Shanghai) was founded in 1985. It has become one of the most authoritative and influential automobile exhibitions in China.

Since its establishment in 1988, Shanghai Expotrans has been providing logistics, exhibition installation and dismantling services for the event. Growing along with the exhibition, it has witnessed the glorious growth process of Auto Shanghai since the very beginning from a Shanghai-based to a global event.

The 18th Shanghai International Automobile Industry Exhibition was held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) from April 18 to 25, 2019. As one of the largest and most influential international A-level auto shows in the world, the Auto Shanghai 2019 was themed on “Creating a Better Life” and attracted more than 1,000 exhibitors from 20 countries and regions. Major mainstream auto brands at home and abroad participated in the exhibition with high end products. The exhibition covers a total area of more than 360,000 square meters and nearly 1500 vehicles were on display, including 129 models making global debut, 218 new energy vehicles and 76 concept vehicles. The show focused on innovative achievements of the world automotive industry, and demonstrated the deep integration of automotive and information communication, Internet, big data and artificial intelligence. The exhibition received 993,000 domestic and international visitors.
